For Dinner:

Chicken Souvlaki Salad: marinated chicken over Greek salad, served with Tzatziki sauce and pita bread.
Spanakopita: spinach cooked with feta cheese, scallion and dill, baked between layers of filo dough, served with Greek style potatoes, and salad.
Shrimp Scampi Athenian Style: shrimp prepared scampi style with sautéed broccoli and mushrooms, topped with tomatoes & feta cheese over spaghetti or linguini, served with salad.
Chicken Ambrosia: chicken breast sautéed in a white wine sauce with artichoke hearts, spinach, tomatoes, kalamata olives and feta cheese, all served with a salad and choice of pasta.
